In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "paksupar", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the paksupar platform, its operators, affiliates, and authorised representatives.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the paksupar platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered personal account held by a Player on the paksupar platform.
• "Platform" — the paksupar website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services accessible at paksupar.net.
• "Services" — all gaming, betting, casino, and related services made available by paksupar, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, and arcade games.
• "Funds" — real-money balances deposited into or won through a Player's Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or equivalent.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits or free play amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address verification, required under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total amount that must be staked using Bonus Funds before those Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

By accessing or using the paksupar Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and paksupar. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

Use of the paksupar Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. paksupar strictly prohibits the registration and use of the Platform by individuals under this age. Age verification may be requested at any point.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by paksupar or any other gaming platform or regulatory authority.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any national or international responsible gaming register or programme.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

To access the real-money Services offered by paksupar, you are required to register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the paksupar Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in all Accounts being suspended and all Funds being voided.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, complete, and accurate. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility.
• Suspicious Activity: You must notify paksupar immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. paksupar will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
• KYC Verification: paksupar may require identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
• Account Closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Verified real-money balances will be returned via your designated payment method.

paksupar processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20, subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of transaction.
• All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• paksupar does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly. In the event of a delay, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets registered in the same name as your paksupar Account.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. This may include submission of your CNIC, proof of address, and payment method verification.
• paksupar reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been identified.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are set out in the FAQ. paksupar aims to approve withdrawals within 24 hours of a completed KYC check, subject to payment provider timelines.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where: the Account has an unresolved dispute; the Account has not met applicable wagering requirements; or where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity is suspected.

paksupar offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before the Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. paksupar reserves the right to exclude specific Players or groups of Players from promotions at its discretion.
• No Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse a promotional offer — including through multi-accounting, use of automated tools, or deliberate low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements — will result in the bonus being voided and any winnings forfeited. Account termination may follow.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
• Variation and Withdrawal: paksupar reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any rights reasonably accrued by a Player prior to the amendment are respected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the paksupar Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under false, borrowed, or fabricated identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with paksupar.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or event.
• Exploiting any technical error, software vulnerability, or miscalculation in the Platform's systems for financial gain.
• Engaging in charge-backs on deposits after those Funds have been used for wagering.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing paksupar staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing a third party to use your Account, or using a third party's Account, for any purpose.

All content on the paksupar Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of paksupar or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from paksupar.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any element of the Platform or its software.
• Use the paksupar brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context outside the Platform without written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of paksupar's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, paksupar's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount of real-money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

paksupar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

Specifically, paksupar accepts no liability for:

• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processor delays, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Actions taken in good faith by paksupar in compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, such as Account freezes pending an investigation.
• Game outcomes determined by certified random number generation systems operating within specified return-to-player parameters.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit paksupar's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

paksupar is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its Platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable and controlled form of entertainment. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen reminders to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary Account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the Platform may do so via the Account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Self-excluded Players agree not to attempt to circumvent this restriction by opening new Accounts.

• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited activities.

paksupar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Players via email or prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not affect Player rights, or changes required by applicable law — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page will be updated each time the Terms are revised. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws under which paksupar holds its operating licence.

13.1 Complaint Procedure
